I have been doing art as long as I've been able to wield a pencil.My first love was art, my second was music (though at first I hated it until I heard Beethoven). The latter feels closer to my soul, the very thing that has given me life and freedom. I have been in the design field since 2016. From small B2B + B2C companies to larger startups I have worked my way in different environments to really learn and harness what the hell I want to do and how to tie my experience in marketing, design, fashion, photography in order to help brands stand out.Whether that'd be the art of expression in business terms or personal. Through my various experiences, weird alleyways, and some very concerning detours. I have learned to tie my creative madness with the viewer's experience and then eventually business+marketing objectives. I like to know the inner workings of things- how they operate, how to influence in ways that don't feel disgusting, but part of your nature.
I have an A.A.S in Communication Design, studied Fashion Design, Business Management, and Marketing. Besides that you can bet I have varying degrees of special interests at any given time. Life is exceedingly long without something peaking your the attention of your heart strings. Sometimes I would rather speak in prose, some type of internal jumbled riddle, an accent or voice, or some random sounds that resembly too closely to something that should be heard in a nightmare. I'm curious about life, taking what I have and making it into something madly beautiful or even delectable, yet questionable. I don't Identify as an artist or person most days. Most closely resemble something like a gardener of emotions that haunts a graveyard by your house. Because we have to build a connection somehow! I live in the space of in-between.
I feel so lucky to love so many things, we probably have something in common, hopefully it's music, if not- food is also great. Right now the toucan feels like my favorite bird, me and him have a thing for eggs.
Creating to me, is more of an invisible thread of conversation that is felt in a way that caresses you, even destroys you. You cannot return home the same. This is how I tackle the mechanics of creation. The sweet melody hits you on an autumn afternoon, until you're creating a cocktail of experimental inventions out of thin air.
